Contraceptives

Hi

I want to go on contraceptives, but it has to be something that won't mess up my cycle. I tried the pill, but it didn't work for me. I'm not really the injection type either. What else could I use that is safe and won't mess up my cycle?

HI,
Birth control pills help gets regular menses. However with the depo shots and mirena IUD there can be irregular bleeding and amenorrhoea. Hence an inert IUD like paragard or barrier methods can be tired. Consult your Doctor.
