Could I be pregnant? 10 days late but negative test results

Hi! I am on my 11th day of being late for my period. The first day of my last period was sept. 23 and my periods are regular (28-30 day cycles). All of the pregnancy tests have said negative, and the doctor told me to wait one more week before a blood test. I was wondering if anyone has been pregnant after having negative test results this late from period.

I am currently 11 days late. My husband and I have been TTC for two months. Last month my period came as expected. This month about 6 days before my expected period I started to feel sick. I was very tired, moody, and had headaches. These were all symptoms I felt with my son (first child). I waited two days and took a first response pregnancy test. This test came up negative. I didn't sweat it bc it was a little early to test, but I thought why not? On the day of my missed period I took another test. It was the $4 test from Walmart. That came up inconclusive. There was no lines at all. I waited a couple days and purchased another First Response. That one came up negative. The first three I did I peed on the stick, so I thought maybe I was doing too much or too little. I purchased a test from Walgreens (equate) and dipped the test. That test had a faint positive line. It was so faint that my husband didn't believe it. My sister-in-law claims she saw it, but it wasn't enough to have us convinced. With my son, I took a Clear Blue digital test 2 days after my missed period and it said "Pregnant". So feeling pregnant and having negative results was very frustrating. Thursday night, I was 9 days late, I took a digital EPT test..negative, AGAIN! I thought well they say to morning urine so Friday I took another EPT and it said "not pregnant." So I called my dr. She said to come in to take a blood test. I went in yesterday and they called me back today. I'm PREGNANT! The nurse said she was not sure why my tests kept showing negative bc I had a lot of the hormone in my blood. So my advice is if you have not gotten your period after 10 days to just go get a blood test. I didn't know it was possible for the urine tests to be so off, but it is. Best of Luck to all of you!!

I'm also ten days late and both pregnancy test came up negative. I even called my doctors nurse and she said if I took two test and got the same result twice, most likely I'm not pregnant. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I feel like I am going crazy! My boyfriend and I consistently use protection whenever we are intimate. However, and this may be TMI, in the middle of it I sometimes forget my hands are "dirty" so there is a slight chance... With that said, I am currently on Day 34 of my cycle, making me about 5 days late. I've never been this late before. We had sex on the 17th and 23rd, and I'm assuming I was ovulating around the 17th.

I feel bloated, I have had abnormal mood swings this past week, and my body has been feeling exhausted lately. I can't really say I've been having cravings--if anything I feel like I don't want to eat. My breasts feel very tender and heavy. I have mild cramps every now and then, but mostly I feel a little bubbly down there. For the past two days I keep thinking I'm bound to start my period, and even feel that "wet" sensation, but other than that there is no sign of it coming. Not feeling constipated AT ALL--more BMs lately than normal. Not very aroused this week. Pretty much not interested in sex at all right now.

I took an HPT yesterday first thing in the morning and got a negative, so I suspect it's unlikely that I'm pregnant and that I'm just stressing myself out, but I just have this weird feeling like something is different. That and after reading all of the comments saying it took them 2 weeks or so, I'm kind of paranoid!

Any ideas?

There were a few comments about spots of blood, or brown discharge.  In each of my pregnancies I had a "breakthrough" bleed, I believe this is when the egg implants.

I am 5 days late, but I haven't had a breakthrough bleed and have had a negative test, so, for me, I doubt I'm pregnant, I'm also not experiencing any symptoms.

I guess I'll have to wait and see.  I'm 40, so I'm wondering if maybe I'm at the beginning of menopause.

I'm 11 days late still no period an a negative test what's going on. It took my friend 22 days to show a positive answer why do it take so long?
