Could I be pregnant?

Hi all, I had protected intercourse two weeks ago. From my menstrual cycle app, I was already a few days late on my period on the day this happened, but that was normal for me because there is always a few days of delay. Except now I still haven't had my period and I'm having white and watery discharge. No cramps, no sore breasts or nausea, nothing like that. I took a test and it signalled negative. Could I be pregnant but too early to test?
I've read that weight loss can have an impact on menstrual cycles and I had stomach flu beginning of this month and lost a few pounds resulting to my diet being radically changed. Could this have an effect on my cycle? Thanks for helping out!

Yes, you likely could just be late.  It's not too early to test though if you are late from your last cycle.  If you had unprotected sex, take a test.  But weight loss is a cause of a late period.  Discharge doesn't mean anything in terms of telling if you are pregnant.  good luck
