Could I still be pregnant?

HI. My name is Alex. My fiancée and I have been trying to get pregnant for about a year now. I'm 18. We have sex about 3 days before my period was due. It was due 5/15. I started to slightly spot on the 11. The problem was that I was having tons of pregnancy signs.
Peeing all the time
Cravings
Always tired
Headaches
Dizziness
Back pain
Can't lay on my stomach
And fluttering in my stomach

I went to the dr and had a urine test done and it read negative. Then, I had a sonagram done and the doctor said that he didn't see anything. But he couldn't explain why I was having all of these symptoms. He took some blood and said that he was gonna do a blood pregnancy test just to be safe. Could it be too early to tell??? Could I still be pregnant??? I really need some help. Can anyone give me some advice??

i think you're having a mild case of PMS. months prior to me getting pregnant, i had a bunch of pregnancy symptoms as wells, but every pregnancy test i took continued to be negative. but one i think one that is a most def to know, is total breast tenderness, full blown sore boobs that CANNOT be touched at all! that's how i def knew.

If the test was neg and the doctor didnt see nothing on the sono then you probably arent pregnant. if you still think you are wait til the blood test come back or consult another doctor. the pregnnacy signs could just be your period about o start or just hormones
