Cramps

i have really bad cramps do you know what I sould take or what to do

Tylenol never did anything for me plus it kills your liver so I wouldn't suggest it. Ibuprofen is good but for me Naproxen (aleve) works best for cramps. Also those single use heating pads that are available in the first aid section of the pharmacy are awesome. They last for several hours. They are available specifically for cramps.

Try ibuprofen,  drink warm tea & place a hot / cold water bottle on your tummy, that usually helps ,
