Unsure what to think.

Okay, so to start with I started take Loestrin June 1 and stopped taking it July 12 because it was messing me up emotionally and it had me spotting for 10 days straight mid cycle. Went to my ob and she put me on another one which has seemed to be working fine. Thing is i went to that appointment July 22 and i was told to start the new bc when i started my period. Waited 2 weeks for it to show and never did so Aug 15 i started the new bc. Didn't think much of missing that period at the time. So no period since end of June, only spotting for 10 days in July, nothing in Aug and no period on placebo week. Went to ob yesterday to see what she thought. Negative pregnancy test there and she said it was normal since I've been on bc to miss periods. Last night i started cramping bad and spotting lightly. Woke up to 3 or 4 small passed clots with white ish colored tissue in them. Still cramping now, but only brownish spotting. For the last week or so I've been nauseous on and off, mostly when some food or smell hits me, only mini throw ups now and then (probably TMI sorry). By breasts have been sore and my appetite has been decreased. I know i had a negative test, but i really don't know what to think about all of this. It's confusing. Thoughts?

Also, my lower back has been killing me since last night and weird pains in my legs similar to growing pains making it hard to sit still even though with the cramping that's all I want to do.
