I'm a little uncertain of your question. Are you wanting to know if you are Oing? It sounds like you are BBT charting b/c you mentioned your temps being all over the place. Have you never had a biphasic chart then? I've heard that clomid can interfere with your temps, but from what I understand you should still see a temp increase after O. If you are not seeing that then you should tell you DR. Also, how can they tell that you are Oing from bloodwork? I've never heard of this. It sounds like you have had a lot of tests done, but if you've been TTC for so long then you should be seeing an RE by now. I also have premenstrual spotting without a known cause, but I have not had much luck getting anyone to take it seriously. I suspect this has something to do with why I haven't been able to get pregnant yet (TTC for 7 1/2 months now), but no DR will take me seriously until we have been TTC for one year. I'm sorry that I can't give you more advice, but I hope everything turns out OK and that you get that BFP soon!
The first month on clomid, at 50 mg, was when my temps were all over the place. Once they upped the dosage to 100 and now to 150 mg, my temps are more like they are supposed to be. Low until about mid cycle and then they stay up until my period. I think that they blood work they did on day 21 after my period started was to see if my lh level was up. The dr called and told me that I am ovulating, but then AF came 2 days later. I am just getting so frustrated. Every test they have done, comes back with nothing being wrong. People tell me that it will happen when the time is right. Well it's easy for them to say, because non of them have had any problems conceiving. I have no signs or symptoms of ovulating, so that is why I am not sure if I am or not,even though the dr thinks that I am.
Well, if you are having raised temps in your LP then you at least have one sign of Oing, so that's a good sign. I share your frustration though. I haven't been TTC as long as you have, but I do get tired of hearing the "just relax" advice. That's almost as bad as those people who tell you, "I guess it's just not your time yet". I know that it is well intended, but month after month of not acheiving pregnancy takes its toll on you, I don't care how relaxed you are! I can see that you are in a difficult situation. It's not that you want something to be wrong with you, but at least if you knew what the problem was, you would know how to correct it. Being told that you are perfectly fine further complicates the mystery of why you haven't gotten pregnant yet. Are you seeing a fertility specialist? I would definitely do that if you aren't already. Also, what else have you tried? Herbs, BBT/CM charting, acupuncture, OPKs? Maybe there are still some things left that you can try. I'm sorry that this is so difficult for you. I do hope that BFP is in your near future!
I forgot to aks where you live. Are you in the US? Some states (I'm lucky to be in one of them-MA) require your insurance to pay for infertility treatment.
Thanks a bunch! I have done the BBT/CM charting and I have bought an OPK. I didn't do the BBT/CM charting this month though because I've had a cold. Last month I did the OPK and I never got a pos result. I only knew that I had ovulated through the blood work. I do sometimes wish the dr would find something wrong with me, that way I would have an answer. But with all of the results coming back that nothing is wrong and then when getting AF every month, it's starting to really frustrate me. I have not seen a fertility specialist. My husbands cousins wife had problems getting pregnant, too. So I thought about giving her a call and seeing who she saw. I do live in the US, Illinois. I need to check with my insurance and see what they will cover.
Here, I hope this helps. This is for Illinois.
This law requires insurance policies that cover more than 25 people and provide pregnancy-related benefits to cover costs of the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. The law defines infertility as the inability to get pregnant after one year of unprotected sex or the inability to carry a pregnancy to term.

In vitro fertilization (IVF);
Uterine embryo lavage;
Embryo transfer;
Artificial insemination;
Gamete intrafallopian transfer (GIFT);
Zygote intrafallopian transfer (ZIFT);

Coverage for IVF, GIFT and ZIFT is required only if:
The patient has used all reasonable, less expensive and medically appropriate treatments and is still unable to get pregnant or carry a pregnancy;
The patient has not reached the maximum number of allowed egg retrievals;
The procedures are performed at facilities that conform to standards set by the America Society for Reproductive Medicine or the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
The law exempts religious organizations which believe the covered procedures violate their teachings and beliefs. (Illinois Compiled Statutes Annotated, Chapter 215, Sections 5/356m and 125/5-3).
