Discharge and bumps down there...

I am a teenager and i've been sexually active for a while..
I have these problems down there that i am very scared for :(
I have been getting vaginal discharge.
it's yellowish and smells very bad.. the smell reeks through my pants sometimes,
so i am very insecured at times because of it.
it is a white-ish color at first and when  i hardens and dries up it is yellow like i mentioned before.

and second thing is..
I check my vaginal to see if there was anything else wrong and
i've notice these tiny tiny bumps that were close together on the each side of my vestibule.
I feel no pain on my vagina.. and it doesn't Itch either.(well.. sometimes it gets a little itchy, but that's been like that since i was little.)

I'm afraid to go to the doctors because i don't want my parents to find out..
so the questions i'm asking are..
-Is there anyway i can go to a doctor without insurence and get checked without my parents?
-is my vaginal problems a major health issue?

Please help me. Thank you

i had a bad smell for a very long time and i thought it was normal but i didnt... it turned out to be vaginitis which is curable and not that harmful and thats what was causing the smell and since i took the pills it has gone completely.. just go for a regular pap test.. they are confidential and if you have been having sex for a while then you should have one anyways to make sure eveything is okay anyways.. they will help you.. but you cant just put it off.. what if something is really wrong. its your health vs your parents getting a lil mad but they will get over it.. im sure they would wantu to be healthy as well

go to http://www.plannedparenthood.org/
it's not just for people who are pregnant! "Planned Parenthood health centers offer high-quality sexual and reproductive health care, including family planning, gynecological care, STI/STD testing and treatment, pregnancy testing, and abortion services."  they have a place for you to search for the nearest office, or you can call 1-800-230-PLAN
fees are often based on income (so, if you're a teen with no income, chances are it's very cheap)
they also have a site dedicated just for teens- http://www.teenwire.com/

another option- go to your state's department of health website. i live in NJ, and if on their site you clinic on family health services, it leads you to a link for adolecent health. clicking on that leads you to a link about stds, and the site gives a link to find clinics in the state that do testing and counceling. i assume that it's state funded and therefore would not cost much, especially since they often help teens. it took me a little while to navigate through to get there. if you have trouble finding a site in your state, let us know what state you're in and maybe we can help you. chances are you are ok and whatever it is can be easily treated. the important thing is to get treatment soon to help ensure that there are not any long lasting complications.

You could have a lot of things, from a yeast infection to an sexually transmitted disease.  Although I don't think you have a yeast infection.

I am a diabetic who gets lots of yeast infections and I am also a CNA and from my experiences, it sound more of an std than a yeast infection.

I am guessing you are under 18 due to the fact you don't want your folks to know, but if I was you I would tell them you have a problem down there and get to a dr ASAP.

Also, maybe you should abstain from sex for awhile, because whether it is a yeast infection or a STD, you are contagious and can spread this thing.  Good Luck.

It sounds as if the bumps you are describing may be normal.  Does it look like chicken skin?  The discharge sounds consistant with bacterial vaginosis or possibaly yeast.  (It may be yellow when it dries if you have dripped some urine after using the bathroom)  However, you should also be tested for std's.  Any abnormal discharge can be a side of chlamyida, gonnorhea, or trich.  You should call a Planned Parenthood or google std clinics in your area.  They take patients without insurance.  You don[t want to put your health or fertility at risk.  Good luck.
