Does coccobacilli infect the sexual partner?

I have my pap smear result that indicates there is coccobacilli and have moderate reactive cellular changes associated with inflammation, and before I saw my results, me and my partner had sexual intercourse for 3 times, does he infected?

Coccobacilli is a type of bacteria, but there are any different infections that fall under this type of bacteria. To find out if you have something that is sexually transmitted, you need further testing done.

Chlamydia is a type of coccobacilli, and that's sexually transmitted. Gardnerella causes bacterial vaginitis, and that might not be.

You and your partner should both have testing done, especially if you are going to continue having unprotected sex. Don't panic - just go test.

where do men usually test?

but when I consult and ask my OB if it is transmitted, he said that it’s not sexually transmitted. I’m taking now the Neo-Penotran Forte, for my partner he doesn’t test yet.

Okay, so they are treating you for bacterial vaginitis.

Your partner doesn't need to test for that. That can be naturally occuring in women. However, you and your partner should test for STDs if you are going to have unprotected sex and if either of you have ever had sex with anyone else. This is just something that's good to do.

Your partner can go to his doctor or an STD clinic, if there are any near you.

After you've been off your antibiotic for 2-3 weeks, you can get your doctor to test you for STDs. You said it's an OB - are you pregnant? During pregnancy, it's routine to test you for STDs. You might check to see if you've been tested already.
Yes, that won't cure any STD except trichomoniasis. You need to find out if you were tested for things like chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, etc., and if you weren't, get tested 2-3 weeks after you finish the antibiotic.

where should I test STD? like what type of clinic?
Your regular doctor can test you, your OB doctor can test you, or you can find an STD clinic, or if you have Planned Parenthood clinics where you live, you can go there.
