can i get pregnant if breast milk is still coming out of my breast after i stopped breast feeding my baby for over six months?

It's probably less likely, as prolactin is supposed to suppress the hormonal activity that would lead to ovulation.  But it could still happen -- lots of women get pregnant when they are still nursing.  You might check with your doctor to see why you are still having breast milk come out.  (If you are squeezing your breasts, that can keep it going, so stop doing that if you are.)
