Sperm doesn't last very long outside of the body, and it's really difficult for sperm to get from the outside of the vagina up and into to find an egg. So even if he had a glob of sperm on his finger and it was still alive the chances are so ridiculously little you have no reason to be stressed.

I agree with Kitkat, it sounds like you need to get yourself a bit educated on sex, birth control and preventing pregnancy. First I think you need to talk to your dr about getting on birth control. Birth control takes about 3 weeks for it to be effective at preventing pregnancy so even if you aren't having sex just yet, it's not too early to think about it. Because no birth control is 100% effective and it has to be taken every single day at the same time to be even in the 90% effective at preventing pregnancy, always double up. Use condoms on top of birth control. This will protect you if the birth control fails as well as if the condom fails.

It would be practically impossible for this to cause pregnancy. The penis itself would need to come into contact with the vagina for pregnancy to occur. (whether he ejaculates or not doesn't matter, pre ejaculation can cause pregnancy too) You're friend is wrong, and looks like you both need to educate yourself a little more in the sexual education department.
