Early signs of pregnancy, or am I just panicking..

I'm 16 years old and on the pill, but a few weeks back I got a kidney infection. I didn't know you had to wait 7 days after you got off of the antibiotics and I had unprotected sex before the 7 days was up. I've been experiencing lower abdominal cramps and lower back cramps as well and I'm not due for my period for another week.. I've also been feeling sick to my stomach very often and extremely fatigued. Does this all mean I'm pregnant..?

This was all very recent. I started talking the antibiotics the day I started my period, 3 weeks ago exactly from this coming Monday, I was on the antibiotics for 10 days then had sex 5 days after I was off the antibiotics. I do agree with the whole worrying part though, I tend to overthink things often. Thank you for helping ease my mind!

How long ago was this?  Unless it was a long while ago, you're not experiencing pregnancy symptoms and could just need to change the time of day you take your pill to avoid these symptoms.  It could also be you're worrying about it, and your body's therefore giving you all the symptoms.  Just hang tight until your period's due, don't stress about this (easier said than done, I know) as it will delay your period, and take a pregnancy test if it doesn't come within the week it's due.
