Effect of Plan B / Trust pills on Ovulation Kit reading

Some info on my gf

June 20 was last period, July 4 was supposed ovulation date. Took Plan B/Trust pills July 8 (20 min after and 12 hours after) because of condom slippage. Planning to get ovulation kit Ovatel to test for ovulation days. Does taking the pills affect the result and what should we expect?

You could contact the toll-free number for the Plan B/Trust pills and ask. Usually Plan B does mess up the following menstrual month.

I would but then I'm from the PH so it's kinda hard to connect.
Why test for ovulation days? Is this as a form of birth control? Why not just go on the birth-control pill?
we had a condom mishap and we're trying to figure out the possibilities
I don't think an ovulation test kit will be very useful to determine whether a morning-after pill worked. They are meant to only be used around the time of ovulation, and there aren't that many tests in a pack, and so could miss the time the person ovulates even if she had not taken a morning-after pill in the prior month. If you want to buy something to be more safe than just condoms, try getting her an IUD or the Pill. If you can't do that for some reason, at least use a spermicidal foam along with the condom.
