Everything coming back negative?

Hello! So I have been dealing with this for almost a year now after a possible rape (potentially with a knife). It started with just discharge, itching, and burning. I saw a doctor in January and they found BV. A couple months later, my BV was gone but I still had symptoms. I moved states, and my symptoms got worse. Sharp pains deep inside, terrible burning, so I can't use tampons or sit during my period. After my period I'm still inflamed, and have the cottage cheese discharge, and the burning and itching continues to get worse. But all tests come back negative. I've had them done about five times in the last year, and it seems to be getting worse. No medication seems to help anymore, some seem to make it worse. Not really sure what to do. My obgyn says it looks like a really bad yeast infection, but it comes back negative. Then my white and red blood cell counts are high. So she knows there is something going on. Any ideas?

I do not douche, I wear simple white underwear, I do not have sex etc.

Wow, so frustrating to suffer these symptoms for so long.  The swab of the discharge doesn't reveal what it is?

No it doesn't! They see that my white blood and red blood cell counts are elevated so they know there is an infection but nothing else. I saw a new gynecologist and she diagnosed me with vulvodynia and vaginismus. I'm hoping that's what it is, but if there is actually an infection, I don't want to just pass it by either. :/
I'm so glad you came back and wrote about your follow up!  Have they started you on any treatment?  What are they doing for it?
