I usually stray away from posting questions like this on a forum, but this time is different.
Each month I have extremely painful menstrual cycles. Let me re-phrase that... when I do get my period it's painful. I only get my period 3-4 times a year. I can usually predict the month I am going to have my period because my back becomes extremely tender a few days before hand and I get a terrible migraine. During that time of the month my back hurts so bad that I can hardly stand on my own two feet, and the headaches leave me bed ridden.
So, is this "normal" ? I've done my research but I have no idea what could be causing my problem.
Thanks for your help!
