Update... I have an infection that won't stop discharging. I am now on serious dose of anti-biotics. Last night I was in a great deal of pain. This morning I am bleeding heavily again. I don't have periods so not that! Have phoned my GP. Waiting for him to phone back. Wishing I had never had it done!

Hi I'm 9 days post op from my Fentons procedure. I'm still discharging ( having to change st every hour). Feel knackered.Appetite is poor. Having to take anti nausea drugs. I also have a deep ache with stabbing pain in my pelvic area. Is all this normal after the procedure? On  day 3 I had a very heavy bleed but it settled after 45 mins. I've not been right since...

Fentons procedure/repair/hymenotomy DOES NOT HURT AT ALL there is only a slight discomfort with the sticthes but nothing major if you are having this procedure please do not worry you will be fine.
