Frequent urination and vaginal burning

Hello, I am 23 years old. I have been getting constant utis for the past year. Right now I am feeling a constant burning sensation in my vagina and inside.... Allot of urinating especially at night even though I pass little. A pain in my lower andomen a pressure to always have to pee. Please help me.... I went to the doctor just today but I am waiting on results.... Could this be another uti? Or std? Please help I'm worried !!!

I agree with above.  You do need to see your doctor at this point.  If you have an UTI, you need antibiotics to treat this.  good luck dear

It could be or it could be a vaginal infection or something else.  I know some people are prone to UTIs and find drinking cranberry juice or taking cranberry pills beneficial to avoiding them.

UTIs are caused by bacteria getting into the urethra.  This can happen through sex (always pee and wipe afterward), and often in younger females, by wiping the wrong way (back to front instead of the proper front to back).
