GYNECOLOGICAL ADVISE

I had an ultrasound yesterday but my next doctors appointment is in April, could you kindly explain to me in layman terms in the mean time. Thank you in advance.
The results are as follows:
The uterus is anteverted and measures approximately 6.4 x 4.4 x 5.5 cm.
The endometrium is thickened measuring 2.1cm.
Intramural fibroid measuring 3.6 x 3.0 cm in the posterior wall of the uterine corpus.
Both ovaries and normal in size and morphology.
The right ovarian volume is 7.6cc and the left ovarian volume is 8.6cc.
No. free fluid. The urinary bladder was unremarkable.
