Got my first period after IUD removal, following month no period ? Pregnant ?

I wanna say about 2 1/2 months ago, My mirena IUD actually came out on its own ( no idea how that happened ) . About a month later , I got my period ( and it was a bad one let me tell you; I've never experienced cramps during a period and these were like a level 10 for 2 days straight ) it lasted about 6 days . Now a month later , I'm waiting on my period , and nothing ? I had some light pink discharge 1 time after I peed, didn't see it again after that, and like I said no period and it's a week over due now. Could my cycle still be trying to get it together ? Or might I be pregnant ?
