What is thiss. ??

I have little red bumps on the outside lips of my vagina there isn't alot maybe around 5. They don't burn of hurt theyre just itchy sometimes and when I try and pop it becuase I thought  it was a blister or somethng it bled but it wasn't a blister it was like skin that you could pull off .what can this be?
