HELP

I'm 18 years old. I just became sexually active. We use condoms but I'm not on birth control.Recently my clitoris has become very enlarged. Because of it, I've needed to urinate more often. When I urinate, when my urine hits my clitoris, there's this sharp pain. My clitoris is really sensitive. I've noticed a few drops of blood from my vagina. The enlarge clitoris has only be present for two days. the bleeding started the day after sex. Does anyone know if it's really serious.
