Hair loss ... help!

So I've been dealing with hair loss for awhile. Doctor ran horomone tests because of period related issues, put me on Provera. Things I have PCOS because of chin hair abd stomach hair growth plus hair loss.

I've been using Nioxin and the leave in treatment for four months and as of late, hair loss is worse. Also taking hair supplements.

Anyone experience Nioxin making hair loss worse? Help please! (Gettong married in October and want this to stop)

Do you wear your hair often in a style that pulls on the roots? A girlfriend of mine had something called Traction Alopecia from always wearing her hair pulled tightly back. She went on Biotin, I think, to try to solve it. (Plus, wore her hair down.) What supplements are you taking?

ps -- Too low of Vitamin D or iron can also be culprits in hair loss. Have you had your levels of those vitamins tested?
Yes I've had all my levels tested and they were all normal. I take a hair supplement from Bondi Boost with the following: Biota Orientalis (Chinese Arbor-Vitae) dry extract 300mg
from dry twig leafy 3g
Riboflavin 5mg
Zinc (from Zinc Citrate Dihydrate) 7mg
Silicon (from Colloidal Anhydrous Silica) 10mg
Biotin 1mg
