Hard lump under skin but in muscle...

im 18 and over the last couple of months ive had this lump grow...it started off as a pea sized lump now its growing ...its located in my right glut muscle.
it is getting uncomfortable to sit and it causes pain that feels like cramping in my entire right leg. what should i do?
im too embarrassed to go to my mom and ive never had sexual intercourse either.  
i am so lost.

if you have a growth you need to tell your mom, or go to the dr on your own. dont be embaressed. moms want to make sure their kids are healthy and ok, let her know.

I agree... Go to your mom and tell her what is going on Im sure she will take you to the doctors.  Please don't be in embarassed I always tell my kids anything bothers them tell me so I can make sure they are fine....
