please help I'm worried

I have been having irretation in my vagina and burning on and off for months now like sometime it goes away for a few days up to a week or 2 then the irretation occurs again. I've seen 2 doctors about it and they just assume it's vaginitis and treat it as a yeast infection and the medicane doesn't even make me feel any better. It started when I got pregnant with my daughter and now she's 5 months and I'm still having the same problem. Had anyone else experienced this?

I have a friend who's Dr said she had a ph balance issue from lack of sex. She had been so busy with work n kids she hadn't been having it as often and it caused an imbalance.
