Help please!!!

I'm a teenage girl. I've never had sex but I missed my period and I'm freaking out. My ex and I did some stuff but never had sex.  Any advice or explanations on why this is happening??

You're in luck then if that's all you did because fingers don't make you pregnant. If you're going to start messing around with your bf though, you need to get some condoms because it's easy to get carried away in the moment and better to be prepared for that instead of freaking out after the fact.

Also, a late or missed period doesn't automatically mean pregnancy. In fact it's more often than not due to a stress related reason, causing a hormone shift, resulting in an effect on the period. Pregnancy is not a possibility in your case since you had no exposure to any sperm such is required for the possibility to exist.

You are not pregnant sweetie.  Hormones are wonky.  A big test that you are nervous about is enough to throw your hormones out of whack and make you late.  good luck

He fingered me one night but that was the most we ever did. There was no precum or semen involved but I am still scared. I don't know why else I could be this late.

Getting pregnant is a one and a million chance if someone has not had a penis in their vagina.  Sexual activity that does not include intercourse does not impregnate girls.  I do recommend that condoms are bought and ready in case things escalate to actual sex.  good luck

Define "stuff" (was any precum or semen, possibly involved? semen does travel in a favourable setting such as moist surface tissue, so if for example he ejaculated near your vagina and a droplet hit a moist edge, well....).

Hi there.  Try not to worry.  We all can be late from time to time sweetie.  Stress, illness, weight gain or loss, changes in routine, etc can all make a cycle longer than usual which is a late period.  So, your period will come, don't worry.  As long as you have not had intercourse, you don't have to worry about pregnancy.  good luck
