Help with abrasions!

I usually get dry and irritated vaginal skin after my period.  A few months ago I right after my period I I noticed two abrasions.  Now it's hard to describe where they were located.  THey were located above the clitoris right where the pubic area ends and the labia majora starts to fold inward.  IN other words you'd have to really pull the skin a part to see the area (I know this is graphic sorry).  I freaked out out because the abrasions didn't bleed they just were as if you scraped a tiny layer of skin off on another area and it was watery.  I touched them and they did not hurt at all or sting or itch or were red on a red base. I even showed my mom later on in the day and she said they looked like nothing and were already starting to heal.  THe next day they were almost completely healed with scab that could make their form more noticable (you couldn;t even tell before beacause of how tiny it was) and they looked just like two tiny cuts.  By the end of the day or nexy day they were completely gone. Sorry for this being so long but does anyone else ever get abrasions or have irriation at the end of their periods and does this sound like herpes?  I have never had anythign like this before and never had anything like this since and they healed incredibly fast.  Thanks

No, I haven't.  I mean the area does just seem to get irritated easily.  I've only had one sex partner in my life and I was with him for 5 years.

Thanks for the reassurance, but the area is one that never get touched by toilet paper, like in the middle where the skin starts to fold over above the clitoris and right where the pubic hair ends.  I do notice that after my period or anytime during my cycle that this area does seem collect discharge or blood ( I know, I know graphic) because of the anatomy of the folds, could this have caused the abrasions when I pulled the skin apart to look?

I would guess a form of diaper rash except from having your period and being extra moist in that area.

No its not herpes!!! But I do know what you are talking about. I get irritated areas at the end of my period. I just figure its from  the toilet tissue. I mean, I try and stay pretty clean during that time. I have made myself alittle raw by wiping so much. I hope you feel better soon.
