How can I quickly get rid of the white clumps after using Rephresh gel?

I used Rephrase gel after noticing a change in vaginally discharge and woke up to having white clumps down there.  Everything I've found online says it's a common occurrence, but it's annoying and problematic.  Is there any way to flush them out safely?

They should drain out and be gone pretty quickly. Wear a pad and let gravity do its thing. Douching is not the greatest idea, it disrupts vaginal ph. If the clumpy white stuff continues over several days and you haven't put anything else into your vagina, you might touch base with your doctor.
