While some women swear they have them, generally there really isn't much at that time frame. baby is just implanting at 2 weeks and pregnancy symptoms happen due to build up of the hormones from the pregnancy which takes a bit of time. Most women get things like morning sickness around 6 to 7 weeks because of that.
