Hi,
I removed my IUD in SEpt, No it does not hurt at all, but you will have some bleeding like beggining of menstruation cycle, it will stop is a week or 10 days or maybe less depends on the body.
you can track ur ovulation in order to get pregnant , some women can get pregnant immidiatly after removal (after the bleeding stops) but other can after 2,3,4 months or some may take year it depends on your body.
good luck.
