How to get relieved from severe menstrual cramps?

My fiancé has problem of severe menstrual cramps during every period. Last time she had delayed periods and heavy bleeding with intensive abdomen pain. I have come to know that the cramps are due to compressions in uterus to force blood to go out. So, I am guessing that she might be having microperforated hymen layer which may not be allowing blood to pass freely. There is another reason why I am assuming this is because she was in severe pain when we tried to have intercourse. Then I tried with a finger but that also led to severe pain.  So, I am thinking her hymen layer is microperforated and thick to be broken. Am I right? If so, what would be the best solution in this regard? Hymenectomy? Please suggest.

She could see a doctor about your idea of a diagnosis of her hymen.  But I will say that nervousness about having sex will also give a woman pain if her partner tries to penetrate her.  She might just be frightened or prefer to wait until marriage.

Regarding her period, I think if her hymenal opening were too small for the menstrual fluid to come out easily, it would not manifest as heavy bleeding but as unusually light bleeding and a feeling of fullness in the uterus, and bleeding for many days.  She should try ibuprophen for the cramps.
