Hurting

Okay well I am not able to get into the doctors. And I keep getting a infection in my vagina. I'll be able to not feel it and sleep then once I get up go pee it starts again and burns when I pee and makes me feel like I have to go but when I do I pee a drop or two. It's been off and on for a month or so. I'm 19 and wondering if there's any way I could eat or drink or pills I can buy from walmart something that could get rid of it for good or at least months?
