Oh lord no! Now that being said' there is not anything that can keep you from getting pregnant other than lack of sex. I have known some major pill heads and over the course of the years and hard core use a guys fertiliy rate can lower and some even sterile but that's few and far between. Now when the guys fertility rate drops most of the time after anywhere from a cpl months to a cpl yyears of sobriety hIs sterility rate lowers and he becomes more fertile again.... This is from research I have done-

One might hope so. But unfortunately, hydrocodone (even if abused) will probably not change his sperm count.
