Hyperventilating during pregnancy

I had a hyperventilating  attack last night (which I haven't had in over 10 years). I am now 3 1/2 month pregnant, and don't know whether I should call my OB seeing as this lasted for over 1/2 hour, I don't have any pain now but am not sure if that can hurt the baby. Does anyone know?

My grandpa died when I was 7 months, and I got so upset that I hyperventilated.  The baby is 3, almost 4 now, and he is perfect.  I wouldn't worry about it.  Make sure that you breath in the paper bag next time.  I didn't know about that....it will control it.  I didn't understand what was happening to me at the time.
