Hysterectomy problems healing

40 yrs. old. 3 months ago had hydrothermalation with no relief of fibroid pain. History of TAH 6 weeks ago. Biopsy showed adenomyosis and multiple fibroids.Ovaries are intact. Incision looks good.  Pain is severe in lower right abdomen and involves swelling. Swelling is not even bilaterally, but only on the right side. Pain travels through to the back and down the leg. No fever or very low-grade 99.2.
At 3 1/2 weeks post-op, my Dr. cut 3 anchor stitches which were on the corners and middle of my incision. She simply cut off the knots, did not remove a length of suture. I felt a recoil on the right side, and felt like I had a plastic clothing tag stuck inside my right lower groin area. It didn't feel like a dissolvable suture at all, but was still very strong like fishing line and she gently pushed down the remaining piece into my flesh. I assumed it would dissolve soon (within 30 days)
I am still only able to walk to the corner and back very slowly. I have seen no improvement in pain since about 2 weeks postoperatively. It is excruciating for me to drive. My husband is disabled and doesn't drive. I didn't drive for about 3 weeks, but now, it is very hard to get by without driving.
I have Celiac disease, which is an intolerance to gluten and I have had some concerns that I may be allergic or sensitive to the 5 layers of dissolvable sutures that I have. ( I am seeing an allergist, too).I have also thought that maybe a small clamp of needle was left in the right side. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. God Bless.

when i had my hysterectomy(many years ago) i had stitch abcesses on either end inside. The pain stared more or less withinn a few days of the op. Antibiotics soon cleared it up. Then about 6-7wks after op the middle of the scar line started to get painful and although i could not feel any lumps, i would get sharp stabbing pains. Then i day i was sat doing puzzle(how sad) when i felt a wet spot down below. When i looked i had another stitch abcess with a dissolvable stitch comming from it(i know cause i kept it and took it to my gp)where it had burst open. For some reason i do not get on well with stitches as a bladder and bowel repair a few years later went the same way!!. I hope this helps. I would go back to doctors and get some antibiotics or at least a proper look at the scar line.

Thank you for your reply. I have spent another very painful night, questioning the prospect of going to "ER" on a Sunday or toughing it out. I will ask about stitch abscess.
Thanks again.

Went to the Dr. today and she is ordering blood work: CBC with differential and TSH. Also writing physical therapy, believes it to be a nerve on the right side.
