I HAVE MISSED 2 PERIODS!!!!!!!!!!

Im a 24 year old female. I have always been fairly healthy. I have hypothyroid and I take 50mcg of thyroid medicine a day. ALL the sudden I have missed 2 periods. I have been on ortho tri cylcen lo for a couple years now and have always had normal periods. Out of no where my period stops. Im not grossly overweight (maybe around 5 lbs overweight for ME personally), Im not under any amount of unusual stress and nothing has really changed in my life. I have taken honestly around 20  pregnancy tests and all NEGATIVE...not a faint line or anything. I have 2 kids, age 6 and 3. Normal preg, everything is NORMAL! Except now all the sudden 2 missed periods, cramping, bloating, pain during sex,and increase need to urinate!!!-etc. My face is also pretty puffy for no reason. (I am on a low sodium diet now thinking it might help and it hasnt!!!!)

I made a dr's app, but it isnt until may 1st! I was thinking about going to the ER a couple times because of the cramping.

HELPPP!!!! :(

Could be some sort of endocrine dysfunction if you aren't pregnant.  When was the last time you had your thyroid levels checked?  Your dose of thyroxine may not be high enough?

It could also have something to do with your adrendal glands producing too much cortisol (one symptom is a puffy moonface but also general oedema).

Can you get an earlier appointment to see the doctor?  Otherwise a trip to the ED (even if you say it's for the cramping) is a good idea.  The symptoms you describe are probably all related so I would hope they can get to the bottom of it.
