Change in Texture of Labia in 2 months?

I had a change in the texture of my Labia Majora over a 2 month period. Also, there is a sticky substance that comes from the sides of my Labia Majora. My Gyne said "Skin changes as we get older", but this hasn't  been gradual. Anyone else have this happen to them?

I would say that you've been checked out by a doctor and told normal.  Skin does indeed change.    good luck

Sorry specialmom - But you're wrong. DO is running tests for cancer.
I am sorry to hear that.  I sure hope it is not cancer.  My answer was based on your comments that were made less than 20 hours ago that you'd seen a doctor and that they evaluated it and said it is normal.  I can't see what you are talking about and can only use your own words which stated you'd see a doctor for evaluation.  The doctor who looked at it did not mention cancer then so a stranger on the internet would assume you had normal medical care. I do know someone who had cancer of the vulva but it was a lesion and not a texture change of the area.  Good luck with your diagnosis and I do hope it turns out to not be anything serious.
