Swollen labia in most cases is completely normal. your vagina is an organ like a penis and when you get stimulated it typically will swell up. it shouldn't last more than several  days. i hate to hear about women who want labiaplasty, as i and many other men love larger labia! advice embrace your body, love yourself and it is truly a gift that you can experience this!
