I'm not sure what is going....

Well I've been with my fiancé for a year and of course we've had sex. Well just recently about four times in this month during intercourse. Though that's not my only concern I've been also leaking clear watery fluid during sex also and after these pass incidents I have also gotten UTI's. My mom has the same problem minus the clear fluid contribution and she went to the doctor n was diagnosed with what they thought was cervical cancer, later on they ran more tests found out it wasnt that at all but they are running more tests because they do believe she has something. Now I have had  chlamydia before but I cleared it and I within this month went to my Primary physician for an a female check up and a pregnancy test and everything was in the clear. So idk what is going on.... I'm still going to make a doctor appointment but I am kinda freaking out.

Some women experience watery discharge instead of thicker cervical fluids.
It could also be what they call "squirting" in which (  very few women do this) when a woman has an orgasm they "squirt"out a very watery "***" if you would have it.

Some women and their partners describe this as "peeing" but it has no color or odor.

Try searching for "squirting"  or "female ejaculation" on the internet...I'm sure a bunch of nasty stuff will pop up, but at least you will know what it is. lol
