I have a proble with my Hormones

i have a problem when i was 12 years old i stopped growing because my pituitary produce less amount of HGH therefore i start taking HGH so i can grow, when i became 18 years old they start giving me other hormones in order to finish my growing.Till now they are not able to balance my other hormones and they asked me to take MRI for the pituitary. i took the MRI and the report says that there is hyper intense lesion of 29*15mm related to the right side of the sphenoid sinus causing compression on the pituitary gland showing enhancement after giving contrast.Bilateral maxillary polypoidal thickenings.
Normal ventricular system& basal cisterns.Normal posterior fossa structures & no evidence of haemorrhage.according to this the doctors said that i may need to do a surgery.i'm scared i want to know is this realy the solution for my problem or what? if a doctor can tell me what is my problem or what is the treatment for my situation i will realy appreciate that. i'm so desperate. i want to know what is wrong?
