Swollen area and huge bruise on my right breast help
So first i would like to mention that i suffer from health anxeity and the day before i had this panic about breast cancer, i kept on prodding in my right breast looking for lumps , i have become obsessed with it that ill poke and prod for 2 hours straight until it hurts then i gave up and went to slep with paim the area where i kept prodding , next morning u woke up with huge yellow

Result is , please help any advices to help it heal , woul the swelling and bruising go away if i left it alone for several days or week or two , also is swelling cause fulid reatation because this area on side is puffy , i would poke it and cause
