I have red bumps on the outside of my vagina, what is it?

Im a virgin. No sexual contact whatsoever. I get randomly red bumbs that act like pimples. i barely shave my vagina so they aren't caused by ingrown hairs. They sometimes hurt and always end up fading, i dont even notice when they leave. Sometimes blood and a substance that I assume to be pus comes out of them. They come in different sizes and tones of red. They're not a perfect circle that I can squeeze and pop, when I squeeze it hurts.
