Since it's only been a month, it's also possible you've not even ovulated yet. (But it's impossible to say for sure) The vomiting doesn't really tell much, because you can get sick for any hundred different reasons. Or no reason at all really. I suppose it would just depend on how often you were sick. I think all's you can really do is wait a week or two like she said and try retesting. You could also get a second opinion from another doctor if you're unhappy with any answers you've been getting thus far.

This is what im tellingher but she insists that she's been seeing me for over a year and I've had regular cycles. Also yes I was saying that I thought since I came off the mirena that I would need a cycle first then I could try for pregnancy and I haven't had one I got off mirena aug 2nd 2010 She was no help at all and said that most of her patients with mirena removal their cycle returned within 2 weeks to a month. She askes if I had the removal bleeding I said yea maybe two days, then she said any other bleeding I said yea the 20-23 but it waslight not even pad worthy so I said Iknow that wasnt a period yet she said you could be pregnant and that vomiting was not a effect of the mirena especially since its been a month since it was removed. She said after a week and I test and if its neg then she will schedule a blood test for oct 4th. I mean I just thought that my cycle was out of whack...

What do you mean you thought you had to have a cycle first. To get pregnant or to test. If it's to get pregnant, no. You ovulate before you ever get a period, so it's therefor possible to get pregnant before you ever start to bleed. (This is why it's also possible to get pregnant before a young girl ever starts her first menstrual cycle if she's sexually active) How long ago did you have the Mirena removed? It's possible to not get a period after coming off of it, just because your body is readjusting to the hormonal changes, so just because you had one on it doesn't mean you will as soon as you come off of it.
