Had an Ectopic pregnancy 3 months ago, I am pregnant again. Dr. sees nothing in Uterus

I am super scared. May 6 I had to have a termination because of an ectopic pregnancy. My last period was May 23, 2011. I am not sure when it happen because my period had always been irregular. Lately, I have been having the same symptoms as before the heaviness/fullness of my breast, tender/sore nipples and sleeping every chance i get.

This past Saturday I took a test and it came out positive. I went to my Dr. Today and took another test... and it is Positive. He did a sonogram and there was nothing. He said that there is no evidence of another ectopic pregnancy but he said that to me the first time and that what it was....

When i had the termination they removed my left tube so i am working with only one. He said that it might be too early to see anything but how soon before you are able to see something in the Uterus? I took a blood test and I go back in two days... So I am hopping for the best but preparing for the worst.

I wonder if he would so another sonogram. Has anyone ever had 2 ectopic pregnancies back to back? My Dr. said that there is a 10% chance that it can happen again.. I am just... really nervous. My husband and I are looking forward to a new addition.

Chances r really low. especially that ur damaged tube is already removed. I did have 2 failed pregnancies after my ectopic but they were regular miscarriages not ectopics so take it slow n rest as much as u need to. ur chances r very good of having a successful pregnancy so grab on to it n keep ur head up. will b praying for u I know how stressful this time around is but ull come thru I'm sure.

Best of luck and keep us posted!
