IS IT OKAY TO SWIM DURING YOUR PERIOD?

WELL, I'VE BEEN READING A LOT ABOUT WHETHER IT'S OKAY TO SWIM OR NOT DURING YOUR PERIOD BUT I AM GETTING DIFFERENT ANSWERS. PLEASE LETS KNOW IN PLAIN ENGLISH IF IT'S OKAY OR NOT AND WHY? THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got my period for this month already and I got it again it usually last for 5 days since its the second time will it last for less days or will it still be for five days please answer I'm going swimming with my grade tomorrow and I want to know

i am going swimming in a few hours i am on my period and it is fairly heavy but i can not use tampons what can i do!!!!!

hi im on my period and its really heavy and i have swimming class next monday and i have to do it ! would i be able to go swimming with out wearing anything !?????????? pls HELP!
