IS THERE ANY HOPE-DESPERATELY NEED A CHILD

I visited a doctor after trying for a baby for over 3years the doctor advised that he should do laparoscopic studies to see if my tubes were functioning well. The process was done 4 days ago and the doctor told me that I had scars inside the tubes, the ends were blocked and swollen He said that he pushed dye into my tubes (by force) and a little dye went through on both tubes (he emphasised that a little). He then said that I should wait for 3months maybe I will conceive depending on the lining of my tubes if I still have a good tube lining it might work and if it fails he advised that I should consider IVF.
My questions are as follows:
-Do you think there is any hope for me since a little dye went through on both tubes?
-Is there any other way of enhancing my chances of conception because there are no doctors or centres in my country that do IVF it means that I have to travel to a neighbouring country for the process
-Did the doctor open the tubes or he just pushed dye by force and they partially opened are there any chances of them closing again soon after the process?
-Should I wait for the three months.

About your tubes; if a little bit of dye can get through them, an egg can too, but if the tubes are not functioning well, there might be a problem.  Try right away, since the dye might have helped open things, and if you do get pregnant, be sure to get checked right away and monitored carefully, in case it is an ectopic pregnancy (in the tube) because it couldn't get through due to the scarring.  Finally, develop an alternative plan in case nothing works, such as travel for IVF, or even adoption if it would be acceptable to you and your husband.  You may never need to use the plan, but you will feel better if you have other choices.  Good luck, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am so sorry for your situation! Good Luck! Maybe the Dr. opened things up.. I personally would try now.. while the tubes are open.. I would assume they would close back up?? I don't really know.. but good luck either way :)
