I have a Little ball/bump next to my clitoris

I am 19 now. But I first notice this when I was in 4th grade. It's a little ball right next to my clit on the left side it's like right on the crease of my vag. lip. When I first got it I remember not knowing what it was so i squeezed it and I remember a little blood coming out and it kinda hurt after that I never touched it again now that I'm older I'm kind of worried about what it is. It's not painful or bothering me in any way but I just want to know what exactly it is. I had it before I first got my period.

You have had this for a very long time and it has not enlarged or caused you any problems, so I would say that is a very good sign and it's nothing to be concerned about. I was going to suggest it might be a small sebaceous cyst, but I don't think they last for YEARS.
Women should start seeing their gynecologist at least once every year when they turn 18 years old, or when they start being sexually active.
My advice is to begin seeing a gynecologist and have your mystery lump diagnosed.
I'm sure you're fine, but I understand you wanting to know what it is. I know I would.
I wish you the best
