Inverted Nipples

I've had inverted nipples my whole life, which doesn't really bother me. However, two days ago one of my nipple came out fully, which it has never done before. A few hours later it was back to normal. I've read that people who have normal nipples should be concerned if one or both of the suddenly become inverted. Should I be concerned about the opposite of that?

Thank you for reading :o)

If you truly have inverted nipples, they will not protrude out, ever.  It sounds like you have flat nipples.  I have them too.  Flat nipples are much more common and easier to fix.  Alot of doctors say women with flat nipples will naturally have them fixed when they get pregnant, which I'm 7 weeks and they won't go back flat again.  Don't worry about your nipples going in or out, that's what flat nipples do, it sucks, but I've had it all my life, and it's no big woop.  Good luck and HTH!
