Irregular Period Concerns?
So, I was supposed to start my period almost 10 days ago. It has yet to come, granted my previous period was also about a week late. I go through waves sometimes where my period is normal and on schedule, and sometimes it’s irregular or feels like it lasts awhile longer. However, this time seems to be different. I have had period like cramps for the last several days but nothing has happened. The cramping seems to be focused in the center of my lower abdomen and the left side (I guess you could say my pelvic area). It hurts when I apply pressure there, and sometimes hurts when I stretch. It feels like a tightening, or pulling sensations almost. I don’t normally get this, that’s why I’m concerned. I have taken a pregnancy test and it came back negative. (By the way, I am a 23 year old female if that helps).
