PLEASE help: Repost.

Every time I have sex, My right ovary hurts during and after. PLEASE I want to know if anyone has this issue and why it happens? It only happens when I'm ovulating, OR at least that's when I notice it the most. Please help. I am GOING to the doctor tomorrow. I just want to be prepared for everything!

Your partner's penis is probably hitting the ovary.  When you are ovulating, the ovary is somewhat swollen and sensitive.  It can bruise.  If it does, it can also close off the pore from ovulating, and create a cyst.  (Fluid filled, not solid.)

I don't know if penis size and curving matter, it's just that my RE once told me that the penis can bruise the ovary if it hits it, and cause swelling that can make the empty pore from which the egg came out, close.  If it closes when there is still fluid draining from it, the fluid can fill the pore and you get a cyst.
