Should i

The past  two months I have had very light periods that last about 3 days. I normally have heavy periods that's last 6-7 days. I took a pregnancy test it came out negative. Should I be concerned?

No, I wouldn't be concerned.  We can have weird periods from time to time and it is meaningless.  If you have more weird bleeding or next cycle is weird too, take another pregnancy test (although, doubt you are pregnant).  good luck
